Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Fentecs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any related shipping, return, customs, or handling costs.
